At Pawfect Picks, we want you and your furry friends to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Email us at support@shoppawfectpicks.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item again, contact support@shoppawfectpicks.com.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
