Pawfect Picks Return & Refund Policy

At Pawfect Picks, we want you and your furry friends to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Perishable goods (treats, food)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at support@shoppawfectpicks.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item again, contact support@shoppawfectpicks.com.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
